Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want this to be simple and fair. Sibyl is prepaid and pay-as-you-go — you are never locked in, and you can never be charged unexpectedly.

1. There is no subscription

Sibyl has no recurring billing and nothing to cancel. You buy credits once, and they are used only when you actually call. If you never call again, you are never charged again. You can stop using Sibyl at any time.

2. Try before you pay

Every new account gets 3 free minutes, with no card required, so you can hear exactly what you're buying before you spend anything.

3. Unused packs — 14 days

If you bought a pack and haven't used any of it, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it to your original payment method — no reason needed.

Whole packs only. We don't refund partial balances — once a pack has been started, it's in use.

4. Once you've started a pack

A pack you've begun using isn't refundable, because the service was delivered. But credits never expire — whatever you've paid for stays yours to use, whenever you want it. Nothing is taken from you by time.

Readings are for entertainment; we can't refund a reading because you disliked or disagreed with what was said.

Email support@callsibyl.com from your account email address, telling us what happened. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. If you don't recognise a charge, email us and we'll look into it immediately.

8. Account closure

You can ask us to close your account at any time and we'll delete your data (see our Privacy Policy). If you still have unused credits when you close your account, tell us and we'll refund them.
